MUR Nutrition — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the MUR Nutrition app, including its subscriptions, AI-powered features and community.
By creating an account or using MUR Nutrition, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 17 years old to use MUR Nutrition.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Delete Account.
MUR Nutrition offers auto-renewable subscriptions: • Monthly — $4.99 per month, after a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. • Yearly — $48.00 per year. Prices in the app are shown in your local store currency and are confirmed on the App Store purchase sheet before you pay. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are reviewed by Apple and can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. MUR Nutrition cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
MUR Nutrition provides general wellness, nutrition and fitness information, including AI-generated food analysis, body-composition estimates, workout plans and meal plans. These are estimates for informational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before starting a diet, supplement or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. Body-composition figures produced by the body scan are estimates and are not a substitute for clinical measurement. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
You agree not to post unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content, to impersonate others, or to use the app to harass other members. Community posts, comments and leaderboard names that break these rules may be removed and accounts may be suspended.
You keep ownership of the food photos, progress photos and posts you add. You grant us permission to store and process that content only to operate the app features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but features may change, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, MUR Nutrition is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates and recommendations.
